If you want to smoke, please do so outside. If you smoke in the house, you authorise a deduction of $200 from your deposit, to apply towards having the furnishings deodorised.
Security - If any keys are misplaced, notify us immediately. You may incur a $200 key replacement fee per one set of keys - Please respect the 10am check-out time, if our housekeepers are unable to do the cleaning on time, a late check-out fee of $100 will apply. Please do send us a message if you wish to check out late and we will do our best to help you. - Please take care of the property and avoid making a mess within the premise. Avoid leaving dishes unwashed and having food items out in the open as these tend to attract pests and insects that may require pest control.
- We provide toiletries that may last for 2 days. If additional supplies are needed, we are able to replenish for a minimal fee. Feel free to visit the nearest grocery store should you wish to restock for yourself.
