Being right in the heart of it all, please be aware of slight traffic noise despite our soundproof windows and doors If you have a car we recommend Nationwide Parking, which is just around the corner at 31 Moray St Southbank Monday to Friday - Flat Rate $19 Evening Rate after 4pm - $5 Saturday and Sunday - $11 Check in is available between:
3pm and 10pm Sun to Wed 3pm and 11pm Thu to Sat Earlier check in can be arranged, however it is subject to availability.

Breaching this rule may incur extra charges. Kindly refrain from excessive noise at all times, particularly during quiet hours (23:00 – 08:00). Minut sensors have been installed in all our apartments. These have no cameras or listening devices, but they will alert us to noise, cigarette and vape smoke, and guests outstaying there check out time without prior arrangement.

This fee is charged directly to the Owners Corporation, and after identifying the source of the alarm, the responsible apartment will be held fully liable for the cost.
