The atmosphere was vibrant and modern, and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. My room was clean, stylish, and super comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. The location was also great, close to plenty of restaurants, the convention center, and attractions. I’ll definitely stay here again next time I’m in Memphis!

Rooms were dirty. They switched our rooms and it was a bug in the bed. Requested towels and it took 30 minutes plus 3 calls to receive them. Staff was nice at front desk but I don’t believe I would stay here again.

I was there for a 50th Class Reunion. We utilized the entire facility for our events tha weekend. We wanted to go and have drinks after our banquet and the bar was closed and so was the rooftop. There were no amenities, exercise room and a golf suite that you had to pay for. The cost of the rooms was definitely not a group rate as your regular rate just booking individually was cheaper. The grab and go breakfast was a turn off and you had to pay for it. The hotel was very clean and the bed was comfortable but I could not stay at this Aloft again as itvwas not very accommodating.
