The shower floor was dirty and had hair on it. Even with the shower water set to hot, the water never actually got hot. I would return but I would recommend working on these basic things. The staff was great!

Don’t stay here

When checked into room, it was dirty, beds were unmade and roaches in my room. When I went to front desk to complain the Manager said I’m sorry and handed me a trash bag to clean my own room. Refused to give discount on room or money back

Great quick stopover

Hotel was comfortable and clean, finishing seemed rush caulk in bathroom not clean and was done sloppily at sink and shower. Nice to have plenty of dove products though! Also breakfast had a good variety but would have been nice to have option to have a waffle or pancake maker for something fresh.

All and all good experience other than trying to get early check in. When asked about getting into our room early it was a firm No, not until 3pm. This was at 2:30pm. When the next shift arrived moments later they had rooms ready?
