Absolutely freaking disgusting! The elevator did not work and we were on the fifth floor Their cable was out. Our room had no heater. Where the heater was supposed to be was just a big hole and the plastic grate to the outside was unsecured and you could just push it open and anybody in anything could’ve crawled into our room. And the extra security lock on our door was broken. There were cigarette burns all over the bed. We left needless to say. Hotels.com won’t give me a refund either. So I recommend to everybody to not only not stay at this hotel but book straight through hotel so you have some protection if you find yourself in a similar situation.

This motel was one bad thing after the next. The whole place had a slight cigarette smell, the elevator was out, and there was no cable (the latter two I could forgive cause I know things break and that can't be helped). I asked for a non-smoking room, but the room they put me in smelled like someone had smoked in there with cigarette burn holes in the comforter. There were also large stains on the comforter and chair. I asked for a new room which they accommodated. The new room didn't smell like smoke but there were again large stains on the comforter, chair, and wall. I wasn't expecting a lot, but general cleanliness is a must. I didn't stay there a single night and they wouldn't give me a refund.

The room smelled strange, had cracking all over the walls and ceilings, in the bathtubs, and on the outlets. They only gave us one single towel at first that felt like it was paper. The bed felt like its springs were broken and the floor felt like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. The only positive was the staff seemed nice and checking in was very quick.

This has to be one of the worst places I’ve ever booked!! I had planned a nice evening with my wife. This was supposed to be a nice hotel downtown by the river…. Turns out it’s a DUMP NEXT TO TRAIN TRACKS!! It is run down. The elevators are out of order. Lights don’t work. There are cigarette burns on the furniture even though it’s SUPPOSED to be nonsmoking. The place is a hotel straight out of a horror film!!! The river isn’t even visible from the hotel!! I rented a room with a jacuzzi. When we started to fill the hot tub these black things started floating in the water. I immediately.went to the front desk to request another room. She informed me that they only have 2 rooms with a jacuzzi so she moved me to the other room. Everything was fine till we pulled back the sheets… The sheets were FILTHY!! There was even a BLOOD STAIN on the sheets!!! The final straw was when my wife stream because OF ROACHES!!! FRUSTRATED AND EMBARRASSED, I demanded a refund WHICH THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME!!! I am now working with my credit card company to get my money back…. THIS PLACE TOTALLY RUINED MY EVENING!!!

I request a Refund!! This place is ridiculous unlivable. False advertisement, the website have breakfast but they don’t serve breakfast not even a cup of coffee. I stayed a week no clean towels nor sheets, no toilet tissue, no ice machine. This place need to be demolished. The tubs and beds are worn out. The staff is very nasty people, unfriendly and are big liars. This place is out of compliance with the Health Dept why are they still operating business. Please do not stay here.

I am requesting a FULL REFUND as I could not stay in this unsettling hotel last night due to its disgusting appearance and feeling very unsafe!! Stained furniture, burned holes in bedding, burn marks on wall surrounding an exposed 220v outlet for air conditioning unit. Room was not cleaned, used soap, one towel, wrappers sitting on dresser, lipstick mark near sink. We were sent to 2nd room with similar issues and strong marijuana smell. We we’re refused refund and opportunity to speak to management. We were charged $100 for the grossest hotel room that truly should be condemned. The pictures on your site did not reflect what they truly looked like and should be renting for about $30 room at most. I’ve reached out to someone on your team to assist in getting a refund. Please help to resolve this issue as I will not let this rest! I have pictured for proof if needed.

my room had cockroach, spider, spider webs no phone service no elevator my first room had rusted chair rust on the refrigerator stains on the tub stains on the chair and ottoman, they switch my room again cockroaches was unable to get a refund I had nowhere else to stay but you guys are to be the shame of yourself. And they did not provide any type of continental breakfast that you showed them having staff was even sleeping on the furniture in the lobby if you want to call the lobby It is not downtown in and studio suite it's a hotel eight and on the phone it says quality on the key card it's quality you will never get me again and as many times as I can blast you I will.

Rooms were not cleaned well and smelled musty. Upon arrival there were no towels in the room and the bedding had stains. All tile floors with no rugs. Paint was old, and conditions of the furniture was run down, looks like it has not been maintained well. There was noticeable water damage in the room and the location was questionable.
