Upon arrival, the ladies at the front desk were exceptional! They were booked up and slammed with calls due to a home grizzlies game! Our room was not ready when we arrived, but they worked quickly to get us a room! Jill was at the front offering assistance and helping to engage customers as the other two ladies worked diligently to get all the problems solved!

I enjoy staying at this hotel. I try to stay here when I'm staying in Memphis. The staff is always friendly, and helpful with suggestions of places to eat or visit. The hotel is always clean, beds are comfortable and breakfast is good. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I would bring to your attention that GPS does not function properly and did not give the correct directions to you guys. After some 30 minutes and 3 GPS misdirection I stumbled on your location.
