This hotel was fantastic. It was very clean and modern with a recent remodel. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location is safely walkable to the FedEx Forum and other downtown locations. Free parking too which is unheard of downtown. Breakfast was great. Swimming pool was great. Will definitely stay here again when I return to the Memphis area.

This is my first time staying at Laqnita. I normally do Hilton properties but I was very surprised how nice the room was. I always book a room with sofa anf although the sofa sits low the room was just very nice. I had to do some work while there and the desk was spacious. I will definitely stay with this property again and this location again.

Great location. It was a short walk to Beale St. Parking was free. Check in was quick. Staff friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Breakfast was fine. It had a cool Memphis motif.

Nice place with wonderful staff

We drove to Memphis to meet up with transport drivers who were delivering our new puppy to us. We came in on Friday night and arrived around 10pm. The man at the check in desk was nice an helpful. The facility was clean, no odors, and was definitely well cared for. We enjoyed our stay. Once our puppy arrived we left early but the stay was enjoyable. If we come back we will stay here again.

We had new E bikes on our vehicle and were concerned about security. Parking lot was gated and brightly lit! We stayed 2 nights . A few blocks from Beale St so walking was easy and no issues. I would stay again.
