nice place to stay. near several attractions. breakfast was good, but wish they would have had tea bags (they had hot water dispenser next to coffee?). staff was excellent, very helpful and professional. liked the Dove products in bathrooms. Could walk to Beale street, Sun Studio, and baseball park. It is on a busy intersection, so there is some traffic noise, but not a big deal. Very comfortable bed, would stay again!

Great stay

The room we were in was near a busy road so it was noisy at night. Easily fixed by a white noise app. The service was great, the pool nice and clean, the location good and very comfy. Parking was secure and felt safe. Overall, nice stay!

This property was so noisy!!!! You could hear every little sound through the walls inside and outside. I didn't hardly sleep all night and then was awaken by the fire alarm at 8 in the morning!!!! The staff was great though!

Good stay. Helpful staff. Property is in good shape. Great parking and good breakfast. Easy walking distance to museums, restaurants, Beale Street. Only complaint was a significant amount of street noise - sirens, motorcycles, etc.

Room was great, but deadbolt didn’t work. (It was fixed on day 3.) Remote control for TV broke on day 2 and never got fixed. Evening staff was great, but problems with daytime staff. (Requested things that never happened.). Beds were good. Breakfasts were good. Fairly close to Beale Street, but not safe to walk back at night.

Parking was free and convenient. Property is clean and room is clean and comfortable as well as well maintained. The breakfast food that is free is not great but not a reason to pass on the location. It is very walkable to the Beale Street area.

Bed was high. Hard to get in the bed. We were charged twice for our stay but Hotels.com was able to get a refund for the second charge. Our plane arrived late so we were only in the room for less than 9 hours.

Hotel was easy to find, check in was straightforward, staff were all friendly and helpful, room was massive and had everything we needed, bed was comfy and good products in the bathroom. We were right next to the lift though which beeped loudly so that was a bit annoying. Breakfast was a fairly limited selection of bits but we found enough to eat and it was all good. Hotel location was good, just a 5 minute walk from Beale Street and 10 minute walk from Sun Studios. Was also a short drive from Graceland.
