N/A. Hotel was very dated. Exterior/site was poorly lit and just didn't have much overall appeal. Hotel location was isolated, with no stores or retail close by.

Lovely property, dining and staff. Housekeeping was not good. They did not clean some things, didnt leave fresh towels or toliet paper (we had to go to the front desk, then had to wait and carry stack of towels to the room).

My husband and I had a great stay at Memphis Vitality Hotel. The hosts Diane snd Loretta was very friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Our room was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. Overall, both of us left very satisfied with our experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this hotel!

Self check in was easy and glad I did it ahead of time. Greeters were very nice. Fri am staff in dining room were very polite and friendly. I like the breakfast but wished they would switch it up as we were there 3 days. The ala cart waffles were terrible. They were hard and awful. The staff Saturday wasn’t as friendly as Fri staff. Room was nice and liked the black out curtains. You could hear the people next door.

The hotel had everything on needs from a nice comfortable bed to a good hot shower. Parking was easy and it was fabulous to have the breakfast burrito in the morning. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Sketchy looking place and area

The hotel looks beautiful online. I should have known better being in the hotel business previously. The main elevator’s button did not work to get to the 6th floor. We had to be taken up on the service elevator. The staff is working at bistro tables. Upon entering the room, there was a stitch, it just smelled old and musty. There was weave hair on the bathroom floor, the door handle to the room door did not look safe. Didn’t notice that until check out. While leaving the room to check out the entire hall smelled of string weed. The outside of the hotel did not feel safe with that broken gate. The entire optics of this place looked very sketchy. I won’t be returning. I have been coming down to Memphis for 4 years now and have yet to find a hotel suitable. And why are rooms still being cleaned after 3 pm?!

Qr scanning system is horrible trying to get into your room. No room phones. No microwave oven. Smell of Marijuana when exiting elevator on 4th floor one night. Horrible filthy roadsides leading to hotel. Room was clean and comfortable.
