The pool furniture was so uncomfortable, that we couldn't sit and relax around the pool. The staff is amazing. The carpeting is dirty throughout, and the floors need to be swept and cleaned much more often.

New Vitality for this Hotel

The hotel is undergoing a refurb. Rooms still need a bit of a facelift but are clean and not horrible. INSTALL peephole covers!! Self-check in failed due to tech issues but two staff members were right there to help. They were professional, friendly and knowledgeable - saving the day. Hotel isn't in the best area of town but the hotel felt safe.

We checked into our room and there was poo in the toilet and the flow wasnt strong enough to make it go down. They moved us to another room and when we showered the water stayed in the tub for 45 mins before it went down. There was only 1 outlet accessible so it made it hard to charge our electronics and the one in the bathroom was loose so it wouldn't hold our charger. There was the smell of cigarette smoke throughout the hotel. Every time we got into the elevator the floors were always wet and also there were wet towels left in the elevator.

Fun family pit stop

The pools were great indoor and outdoor options, plus plenty of seating and hot tub. Near by fast food restaurants had horrible service but just outside of the little area some great restaurants near by. Property was gated and plenty of security in the evening at the gates!

This is the 4th time u have stayed st this hotel. Each time there were always issues. If it wasnt centrally located then i would definitely not ever stay here again. From the moment i arrived til my departure i had issues this past weekend. It started with their ridiculous keyless entry. They had to send me a new key due to mine not working. There were so many issues im just listing a few. I had to switch rooms due to tbe TV not working. The new room sink clogged up. Only lukewarm water in the shower, yet the sink was hot. Made no sense. I didnt even report that issue because by this time i was fed up and just rode the issues out til i left Sunday. The maintenance guy Larry was great but who wants to constantly call maintenance smh. Im over this hotel and will probably be staying elsewhere when im in Memphis from now on. I feel like some of my money is owed back me for real.

Great short stay

Had a lovely one night stay. Food in restaurant was very good. Staff friendly. Loungers at the pool weren’t great and customers smoking cannabis around the pool area. Would stay again for a night or two but wouldn’t be somewhere I’d stay for a week.

The hotel is an older property that is being renovated. The lobby is nice but the rooms are outdated. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Nice stay and affordable.

Online self checkin was difficult. The validation code did not come in within the 5 minute time frame given. I had to call the hotel to get a code. Staff was wonderful. Breakfast offerered a wide variety. Only negative was the pancakes were not hot. Dinner was ok. Pool area nice. Room clean. Bed and pillows super comfortable. I was concerned about the area since they have security always on the premises but we had no problems. The hotel was taken over about a year ago so still some remodeling being done. I would definately recommend the hotel, you just have to get past the check in process.

The property is secluded, so we felt pretty safe staying here as there is a fence all around the property, security and a gate that closes at night. The lobby is beautiful and they are still renovating things. Check in was super easy on their kiosk. The pool was cold, and the hot tub was hot, but we couldn’t find the button for the jets. Bedding on the bed was clean and comfy. The only thing that was a let down was the ac in the room wasn’t very cold and it was very hot outside. Lots of food options around and close to Graceland too.

Bedroom was clean and has nice amenities. The couch was a little worn and some scuffs on the furniture. Staff are lovely. The Pool was a bit dirty with hair floating around/murky and lots of chlorine.
