The hotel staff was friendly and very accommodating. It was clean and has beautiful decor. The bartender was amazing. Didn't get to taste the food but it did look tasty.

We were here as we came in by the extremely friendly and helpful staff. They were very helpful with the new (at least he to me) technology including digital to keys. Dori (sp?) the bartender was very welcoming and fun! Everything was clean and appeared to be newly renovated. Very happy with the stay! The only negative thing I would say was about the surrounding area after dark. I went for gas and felt a bit unsafe. But the gate entrance and everything that Vitality has to offer was great!

Theft

Do not stay at this hotel. All that glittler is not gold. The mgr was rude and kept an attitude. The door lock was broke. I was given another room. However left some expensive shoes in the old room. When went back to retrieve them they were gone. Never turned up in the lost and found. A week after I left still no shoes nor apology. So if you leave something behind the lost and found is a joke a logging processing system. I was told they have cameras no one offered to view them. What I paid for the hotel to not have decent service. I have receipts of emails their response time horrible. I found it funny they cant find an old banana pill behind the chair but found a pair of $130 shoes but never return them. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL UNTIL THEY GET BETTER MANGEMENT AND CLEANING TEAM!! If you do go you geen warn. Will not let me upload the old banan pill picture. No worries manger got the picture.

The staff was friendly welcoming and tried everything they could do on their part to get my digital key. But they needed help and their supervisor wasnt answering. After 15 minutes of no one helping her, she just left her post and let us in our room. We never got our digital code, we didnt have to leave until checkout the next morning, so we did.

Love this place and the sweet lady assisting with check-in! First time in a hotel with no front desk but it was interesting! The bed and pillows were superb! Their continental breakfast was delicious! Plenty of parking space!

Had one little hiccup, but was taking care. The staff definitely makes you feel wanted and welcomed, they are great people and will help with anything you need. Our first night our neighbors was a little loud which the staff had nothing to do with. However, one of the cleaning crews saw me struggling to get in the room, and came over to assist and showed me what to do if I have issues with the scan code next time. I just want to say overall the hotel was nice as well as the staff. If I ever visit again wouldn’t mind staying here.

One of the worst stays I’ve had. There’s no customer service desk besides a lady sitting at a small 2x2 table with a laptop and no telephone to reach guest service in the room. They expect you to text your needs. There were blood stained shower curtains in my room and flying lady bugs. Some were dead on the floor, the mattress on the pullout couch. The elevator and rooms are nasty, and “renovations” are being done with guests presence. Also, the manager racially profiled my son and tried to have him escorted off the premises for “trespassing”. No apology given once she was proved loud and wrong. I would not recommend Casper the friendly ghost to stay there. Please save your time and money and go elsewhere.

I was tired when I arrived and expected a smooth check in. The guy that was working was incompetent. He kept assigning me to rooms that were in the system to as a no no. I was switched to a different room 5 times. One had stains on the comforter. Another smelled like smoke and had a burn on the floor. Another one had tools in the tub so clearly they were working on that room. One the toilet wasn’t working smh.. This was a horrible experience and I will not be returning. The outside and the lobby were beautiful.

I’ve always came too this hotel when I’m in town, but this stay has made me decide to NEVER come back. First of all when I first entered my first room the room was already messed up as if someone was sleeping in both beds and the bathroom, they moved me to another room that looked like it was under construction, soon later that evening the maintenance man calls and says we have too move rooms because there’s a plumbing issue. Well we get too our THIRD ROOM and it’s infested with lady bugs, lady bugs in my beds the ceiling and the vents. Everyone moves on their own time and this experience was horrible. I’ve always paid everything, tried too work with them but this was the worse experience I’ve ever had here.

The check in/check out process was convenient. But the sofa had no mattress, no soap in bathroom, toilet was leaking. Moved to a new room with no tv. Left my purse in old room and receptionist was no help and hung up on me twice.
