The Memphis Zoo and Brooks Museum of Art are a 15-minute drive, and Downtown Memphis is only a 25-minute drive! What we most appreciated: having a great amount of space and the staging of the house. What we least appreciated: seeing mouse droppings in the upstairs bathroom on various days and what appeared to be mildew in the upstiars shower.
