The room was very clean and quiet. Customer service at the hotel was great. The customer service at the fry house was lacking but overall was a good experience and would stay again.

The hotel, room and casino were good, very clean and well maintained. As a former employee of Delaware North I was disappointed with the attitude of some of the employees at the restaurants and hotel. They appear to just want to pick up a pay check and not care too much about customer service. Not too many smiling faces.

The staff was professional and courteous. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and the shower was amazing. I wanted a room with a tub and microwave and my room didn’t have one, I learned from the staff that the microwaves can be rented for $25 I assume per night and rooms with tubs and reserved under accessible rooms and are under a first come basis.
