The font lady stayed on her phone using it on speaker while checking us in. So rude and why in speaker mode? The carpet had previous customer’s lashes and crumbs so no the carpet wasn’t vacuumed. The bathtub had black stains. Just over all gross. We avoid private hotels for this purpose but here we are!

Went to the front desk to ask for clean towels was told to ask housekeeping when i asked for clean towels was told they could only give us 2 sets but we had 4 people checked in. Absolutely disgusting room and was told they would move me to a different room with a king bed and a pull out couch and the bed in the couch wouldn’t even pull out and the lady staff member couldn’t even open it. Then they refused to give me a refund after I could. It even stay there. The man on staff in the morning was very unprofessional and rude. Would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone!
