Staff is great. They don’t speak English but with a little sign language and the odd word in Spanish on my part we could communicate. Nice place for the price you pay

Very clean little hotel. Friendly staff. Walking distance to many medical and dental clinics. 6 minute walk to a super market for anything you may need but carry your own shopping bag! I have already booked another stay.

Pros: help from Tere was superb as well as from Mr Fernando on the 2nd shift. Public transport. Is just a block away and can be in downtown in minutes Cons: on my room #2 TV was not working properly and WC SEAT was smaller than its base

Awful ATTITUDE from STAFF. Needed to stay on this area close to Hospitals given a terrible accident while visiting from Canada. My physical body is in deep Pain and staff only cares about themselves and their own Lazy job. She is supposedly to have Covid-19 desinfectant area because Yucatan Gov, has been very specific on that to let Hotels/Rentals to be offering their service to Expedia Guests, yet this place is full of Cockroaches. She is a constant Rude pain in the neck. The owner probably never realized Teresa in all this years she's been doing this boring job, Tere is such a nasty hypocrite and terrible human being. Fernando comes to watch TV and sits at all times from 4 to 10pm! I have never seeing him out of the reception chair! Sometimes Staff Worse that the very owners. I will leave as soon as my health recovers a bit more. Happy Holidays and lets make 2021 a better year. Avoid this silly and dirty place. Happy New year to travellers around the Globe! Dr. K

El personal fue muy amable y los depas están muy prácticos y acogedores así como seguros lo único que le falto es un poco más de higiene a fondo pero de allí en fuera muy muy bien me gustó mucho el lugar.

En general esta muy bien el lugar. Lo recomiendo porque el personal de la administración son amables y atentos. Además de que las habitaciónes estan bien equipadas con lo necesario para recibir a sus huéspedes.

Lejos de todo, sucio, muy viejo, descuidado, sin vista a nada, no tenian servicios de nada ni de comedor ni servicio al cuarto, te cuentan el papel de baño, te cuentan el jabon y la cama rota t rechinaba.
