We had a very pleasant experience at this hotel. The staff was so helpful, friendly, and accommodating. The location is perfect for touristy activities like the Paseo de Montejo, walking the streets of Merida, and Plaza Grande. The breakfast was delicious and we loved how spacious the room was.
