We had an absolutely wonderful stay in this Centro home with our family (my husband and our two sons). From the moment we arrived, we felt at home.The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Centro, close to everything, yet still peaceful and comfortable. We loved being able to walk everywhere and truly experience Mérida the way locals do.The decor is beautiful, thoughtfully done, and full of charm. Every detail felt intentional, and the home was spotless, well-equipped, and incredibly welcoming. It’s one of those places that feels even better in person than in the photos.It was the perfect space for a family stay: comfortable, functional, and full of character. We genuinely loved everything about it and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to friends and family.Thank you for such a memorable stay—we can’t wait to come back!

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Casa Perro Verde is perfectly situated for exploring Centro Historico, Paseo de Montejo, the gastronomic district and the numerous nearby parks, museums and restaurants! We loved our time in this adorable, art-filled house and will definitely be back.We enjoyed strong, reliable internet connection, weekly housekeeping and pool cleaning and all supplies necessary for our long-term stay. The host was easy to communicate with for booking and extending our stay, and the property manager was accessible and wonderful to interact with for any house needs. We were on our own for ongoing drinking water replacement jugs and found an exchange just one block south at a small tienda.The dipping pool was cold and perfect for those hot Merida days. The house was easy to keep comfortable with multiple ceiling fans and AC available in 4 rooms. With the great location came significant road noise during the day and evening in the front rooms (living room and entryway.) The other living areas and rooms were not too loud, and nights were relatively quiet throughout. We are looking forward to our return to Merida and Casa Perro Verde.
