Really enjoyed our stay.

Lovely peaceful stay, quiet area but easily walkable (10-12 mins) into the city centre. Reception not always manned, so contact them in advance to tell them the time to greet you. All was clean and comfortable. Breakfast choice from about 10 options cooked to order by a lovely lady. Use of the fridge, cooker, microwave and coffee urn.

Centrally located, attentive staff, unfortunately during our stay was heavy construction noise due to plumbing issues. Room doors are very thin you can hear every single sound from the other rooms making hard to get a good night sleep

A nice oasis in the city

We spent three nights, the room was very comfortable, bath facilities clean, although it took a bit of time for the hot water to arrive to the shower. Breakfast was very good, made to order from a good choice of items. Staff friendly and helpful. The pool was clean and cool. The hotel is about a 20min walk from the central plaza. We did have a problem using our Apple devices with the WiFi. It could have been our fault because we electronically shared the password between our devices, laptops and phones, afterwards we couldn't access the internet because on each device we kept getting a warning that the device's IP address was being used by another device on the network. I would suggest manually entering the passwords on all your devices. Other than that we enjoyed our stay in Merida.

It is a quaint property with friendly staff but it should be listed as a bed & breakfast instead of hotel. It felt more like a refurbished house. Plus, we discovered a significant ant problem. If you want an authentic, local experience, this property is for you.

La propiedad en general esta en buenas condiciones. Atendieron mi solicitud de una plancha y una secadora de manera amable. Lo malo es que caminando no está cerca al zocalo. Al menos son 22 minutos a pie y al paseo Montejo caminando igual. En taxi o auto estos dos puntos estan a menos de 10 minutos. El dia que llegué no habia quien atendiera y no me dijeron cual era mi habitación y les marqué y nadie contesto y tampoco al dia siguiente tuvieron la amabilidad de preguntar si todo estaba bien. Las sabanas estaban manchadas, lo que daba un mal aspecto. La regadera, se llegaba a tapar y el agua no se iba. Habia hormigas, entiendo que sea el tipo de clima y propiedad, pero no era cómodo al momento de dormir. Solicité me cambiaran las toallas y no lo hicieron. Hay muchos aspectos a mejorar.

We had a lovely stay. The room was charming and very comfortable, especially the bed. We really enjoyed the breakfast in the morning and the staff was just so helpful and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to couples.

Great experience with this hotel

This is a very good family-style hotel. The hotel looks like an ordinary house, but when you approach the door, you will see elegant decorations. The hotel is spacious, comfortable and clean. They provide a very good free breakfast. The two ladies are very friendly and provide everyone with a rich, fresh and delicious breakfast. The kitchen also provides us with great convenience every day. When you are hot and tired, you can go back to your hotel to get ice water from the refrigerator, bring back food and sit in the spacious kitchen to rest. It really feels as comfortable as at home. We traveled to several different places and stayed in hotels of different sizes. I really like this hotel.

Un excellent séjour dans cette hospedaje charmante, avec un personnel au petit soin. Un bémol sur le lit un peu petit 130 ou 140.. On conseille tout de même cet endroit, à 15 min à peine du zocalo et de la station de bus Centro historico.
