Retro perfection!

Fantastic location and setup, brought back a lot of nostalgic memories with the 80s era unit that was extremely well setup with all the mod-cons. Location was perfect for us, caught fish 25m from the front door and could wander into town or to Spencer park for a swim at our leisure. We will definitely be back!

Great location, great view, great unit!

Couldn't fault it. Everything available within a short walk. Great neighbours. First thing in the morning with coffee overlooking the lake watching the water birds and jumping fish. The best therapy there is.

Great house

We stayed with two couples and two kids. The house worked well for our group. The kitchen was very well equiped, there was also a bbq and a washing machine and drier. The house was clean and had a lovely view over the lake.

Great Location Fabulous town

This property has everything you need forca long or short term stay. Fabulous location , close to everything. Really ckean, full kitchen, laundry, 2 full size bathrooms, lock up garage. Heaps of room abd a beautiful view. Merimbula Realty were wonderful to deal with. Sue at Boardwalk Cafe gad the BEST coffee. The local shops are a delight to potter through. RSL within walking distance was great. Staff were super friendly . Highly recommend this property and this town

Great location

The location was excellent. The unit was larger than we thought. The provision of kitchen appliances, cooking and storage boxes was more than adequate. There was lots of room for privacy. 2 bathrooms was great. There was really everything you need in the kitchen. It is an older style apartment and the benefit is the location and the size of the unit. We met the neighbours who were friendly and helpful.

TRANQUILITY

We were all very impressed with the location and the wonderful views! Close to other attractions however the wind did stop us going Whale watching so we will have to come again! Lovely walks along the esplanade and great eateries! Thanks Lorraine
