Christian’s Graduation

Just came back from an amazing stay at this beautiful home! The place was spotless, relaxing, and exactly what we needed for a getaway. The backyard and pool area felt like a private resort — so peaceful during the day and gorgeous at night with the lighting. We also appreciated the extra pool towels and how clean and well-kept everything was inside and out. The decor was bright, beachy, and welcoming, and there was plenty of space to relax both indoors and outdoors. The tiki hut, putting green, and pool setup made it such a fun place to spend time

A great place to stay

Stayed here with our kids on a spring break trip. Super nice place with access to all sorts of activities. The quiet neighborhood led to some relaxing evenings following a day on the beach or out taking in the activities near Cocca Beach. Highly recommend this property to families or groups looking for a getaway. The owner made it super easy on us from the moment we booked. Take advantage of the pool and the putting green at this oasis.

Perfect family getaway

We had an unforgettable family getaway! Tam provided top-notch service and hospitality from start to finish, truly going above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The property itself was beautiful, spacious, and incredibly comfortable which was ideal for our party of 8. Everyone loved spending time in the pool and enjoying the mini golf—great amenities that kept both the kids and adults entertained. Plus, being only 12 minutes from the beach made it easy to enjoy the ocean without any hassle. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing, fun-filled family vacation. We can't wait to come back!

The home is very welcoming and has a lot of open space. We booked 3 days but really only got to enjoy the amenities 1 day since we were in town for a baby shower. The golf and pool area was exceptionally relaxing! The washer and dryer were newer and the cycles were fast. Over all I do recommend this home for your next mini vacation. The host responded within a timely manner to all inquiries. Bathrooms appear to be newly renovated and there were plenty of towels! There were two areas of concern the master closet upon opening fell off the hinge and was a safety issue since I had children with me. Also there is a crack in the kitchen floor. And that area was “soft” or gave way if stepped on. This did not negatively impact our stay.

Family Getaway

Our stay on the SpaceCoast was a spectacular one. The ease of check in and keyless entry was convenient for our entire party. The property and house was clean and well cared for. The pool was PERFECT size and was our favorite hang out spot. We were thankful for the cabana when we needed a break from the sunshine. Tam and the property manager were responsive and readily there for us when little questions came up. We actually got to meet the property owners when a small issue cameUp with the pool and they were so welcoming and helpful. The home was cozy, clean & the linens were plush. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. We enjoyed being close to beaches but also close enough for a short trip to Orlando to parks with 5 children in our group who are all under the age of 8. Overall, we would highly recommend this property and will definitely consider staying again if our travels bring us back to the area.
