Dirty rooms

The room was horrible it was dirty . Looked like mold in the bathroom . The sheets were dirty my friend that I went on the trip with changed her room 3 times. No alcohol served at the spa which was unexpected. The hotel is very old and needs updating.

I did not feel safe in the room, the systems in place to lock the doors, including the pass through to an adjoining room, is NOT well maintained. Casa Blanca advertises a 7 days a week buffet- with breakfast starting at 7AM, there is no such thing on a Monday morning. The coffee shop on the premises is all pre made and cannot accommodate allergies/special dietary needs or even diets of choice. (Also management may want to spell check there menu). The cafe casual dining- the person who greeted me was just rude! I left and went to Kathrine’s nice but not really the place for a single bowl of soup.

The hotel was very busy because it is a hotel and casino. Very tired and run down. Rooms need updating. Not pleased for the price paid.

The property is under going construction remodel hopefully to enhance the stay experience. Rooms and hallways are very dated! I booked a room with a queen bed and got a room with 2 queen beds. Even with that being said I would here again.

Only way to get to your room is a quarter mile hike through the casino. I wish there was access to the hotel side from the parking lot. Wear your hiking shoes if you’re staying here. Also there was a puddle of water on the bathroom floor when we got to our room. I’d appreciate it if my room was cleaned better so I don’t slip in someone else’s shower drippings.
