I loved the spa. My daughter and I had messages. They were fantastic. Sandy was mine and she was excellent. One of the best messages Ive had. I do wish they still had the stay and massage special.
I was very disappointed in the room. The web site and ads stated newly renovated rooms.Appearently only 2 floors done and you had to request one of those rooms. Had I d known that, I most definitely would have requiested one of themI guess I should have complained immediately but I did not..I did not find this out until check out... our room definitely was not renovate The A/C was lound. The beds were comfy. We were on leval one facing an access alley with a 8 foot? Wall to where the side walk from the parking lot was, there were no shear drapes for the window so everyone pacing by could look down and see right in, so we had to keep the black out drape closed all the time. Tub drained really slow.
The pool was pretty nice. Only saw the cocktail waitress once in 4 hours. Again no one went arourd the pool area and cleaned/picked up empty drinks that were left every where.
Katherine steak house was terrific. The eggs beny at Joeys was made with a weird ham and the english muffin was more like a Brioch muffin.
