The hotel was perfect but Expedia was not. They worked with me to pay them directly eventhough Expedia declined my stay. The hotel manager came through to save the day and give me the room at a discount to allow me the room. I won't return with Expedia. This is my 2nd and last worse of the worse experience of a hotel stay with Expedia. Now, I need to get my money back for the stay.

Room was very nice. Very clean. Heating unit was very noisy. Ended up keeping it off. TV had a bit of a glitch. When i called down to the desk the person who answered seemed put off by my call.

Very nice room. Staff was always courteous and very helpful. The hotel is undergoing some remodel but the staff let us know ahead of time. We'll be back down in a few weeks and will gladly stay here again.

Great breakfast and they had luggage carts yay!! Family friendly and bed was decent. The mattress was ok but could use some upgrading. I didn’t have any kids but the ones there loved the heated pool and jacuzzi. It could use some upgrading in the bathroom because there is some water damage but water pressure was good. Overall it was a good stay

The climate control only blows hot or cold right into bed so I had to cut the power to sleep. No breakfast included just a restaurant. Otherwise clean and friendly.

If you like to control your air and a hot shower do not stay here. New smart A/Cs didn’t work properly and created swings in room temperature. “Hot” water was turned down to a somewhat warm temperature. Finally no maid service. Saving money at guests comfort.
