Friendly service, clean & comfortable room. We enjoyed the easy walk down to the San Juan River and pretty views of the area. Best of all, two friendly cats greeted us & made quick friends! Easy access from here to Moki Dugway, Muley Point, and Valley of the Gods.

Fantastic location, atop the gorge on the San Juan river. Beautiful views from the property - which was clean and spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a restaurant on the property and a gas station/convenience store just up the hill (1 min drive away).

Nice quaint little hotel.

This is an older hotel but is nicely kept, clean and comfortable. The staff was super friendly and very accommodating. Nice overnight stay on our road trip.

It was a nightmare as no one was there for the hotel. I had to call to get a room. There was a stranger roaming around. We ended up leaving as we fearful to stay with no security and literally no one from the hotel there at all! Absolutely horrible experience!

Lovely area

I get this a low rating not because we didn’t enjoy this day. We really did enjoy the stay. It needs a little more upkeep. The surrounding area is wonderful. It feels like it’s built into the side of the cliff. I’m sure it’s a day. It was an absolute five star but right now it needs a little care. The restaurant on the site said it was open. It wasn’t the front desk took us nearly 15 minutes to get someone to come to the door we requested a downstairs we got an upstairs. The person that checked to him was pleasant and very likable. But I would say be prepared for a little inconvenience, but we are taking a trip to be in the moment and we enjoyed the stay.

Dog friendly option

Basic, but very clean room with comfy beds. Short dirt trail from in front of our unit to the river, where we saw a great blue heron. Dinner was average but we could take it back to our room. breakfast options were very limited.
