Drove down the little hill at the entrance and met the very nice lady owner who checked us into the motel. The motel is built into the rock and fronts the river. Very relaxing.

Very clean. Nice room. Everything was great. But the entrance to the hotel is a steep downhill on a curve. Very difficult exit for motorcyclists. Wish we had known this.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful and offered lots of suggestions. Breakfast was good at on site restaurant. Bed was comfortable. Older property but was not is disrepair. Pretty scenery around property.

A lovely view of the river with outdoor seating. Just a great spot to relax. Great snacks at the restaurant, too. Glad we stayed there!

Love being on the river. No coffee in room and office not open til7am, where coffee was offered. Ice machine full. Cockroaches came in under doorframe, thnx goodness they stayed there. No deadbolt on door

It was just fine for what I needed - a quick one night stop over before heading on up to Moab. No frills motel, but room was clean, bed very comfortable, and pleasant staff. The gentleman who waited on me at the cafe was extremely friendly. I do not typically stay at motels, but would stay here again and recommend it.

Everything was great except there was cobwebs on the ceiling and there were no locks on the windows. Despite it we enjoyed our stay, the room had the best AC ever and comfortable bed. Super cool facility bordering San Juan River, looks like it was built into the red rocks. Great coffee in the morning for guests. Loved it.

We arrived at 10:30 p.m., very late and later still because of the mountain time change, and the San Juan in was basically shut down. But they had made arrangements to provide the key and our room was fine and the people from the kitchen were very helpful the room was lovely the people staying there are cool and the view out the kitchen window is a wonderful cliff.
