This hotel is under construction so I had to enter at a side door. If you are looking for a restful vacation as a family with young children, this is a not the place for you. The hotel was very noisy into the hours of the morning. When I complained about it, they said they are aware but there's nothing they can do. I was looking for a beachfront hotel and was told by the hotel that this is a beachfront property but come to realize, i had to cross Ocean Drive to get to the beach. Also, there was also no restaurant on site so we had to go searching offsite for food with a sick child. On March 24, a sign was posted on the wall that there would be a fire drill between 9am-5pm, So with a sleepless night and the fire alarm going on intermittently from 9am, I decided we had to find another hotel and so I spoke with front desk to let them know we are checking out at 11 am. The ladies at the front desk said the alarm testing is required since they are trying to open their restaurant. They were really nice and asked if I wanted to change rooms, however there was no point because the halls were overall noisy, I'm tired and no restaurant was readily available onsite.

SERVICE is the standout feature that matters to be. Cleanliness and safety are simply "givens". Special recognition to Carlos and Virginia. The deliberate and sincere service is unmatched and makes sense when you consider this is a boutique gem. Not a big brand with no sense of place. I will surely return and congratulate the owners on a project smartly pursued.

Rooms were nice and clean. We liked the separate bedroom/living room/kitchenette. It was quite noisy at night ln a Friday night, as you might expect in South Beach. The breakfast in the morning was really poor. Just croissants and yogurt. No hot foods. We had to eat somewhere else.

Excellent stay, with attentive staff, clean hotel and everything was great. Just one suggestion, leave the air conditioning in the corridors to the rooms at a more friendly temperature! It was always very cold in the reception and corridors to the rooms. Other than that, everything was perfect!

Lovely boutique

The staff and facility was pretty much amazing except for the hot tub was never hot. The location was noisy, but the hotel has no control over that. Great spot walkable to everything.
