Staff were friendly. Stayed twice within a week or so and both times the room was not ready until after the check in time. Beds were comfortable. The rooftop views are nice and the location is convenient. The hotel could really benefit from a true update. Balcony doors are old and hard to open. Rooms are nice enough. Might stay again if the price is right, but not a top choice. This area of the beach doesn't have a lot of great options, though.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. A true joy to experience. The hotels location was perfect and everything was nice. We appreciated their help with the noise from furniture. We would stay here again. Thanks for a lovely trip to Miami.

Loved the Bentley Hotel. The room was clean and loved the floors (not carpet), liked that they had a happy hour every evening from 5-6pm and also that it is at the end of the south beach strip. You are walking distance to everything and being on the end you have less noice. The roof top pool and hot tub were also great with a nice view. I would stay again at the Bentley next time I visit MIami!

Location is great and I loved our room… but lobby smelled like sewer! Not sure what’s going on there and maybe it’s temporary issue, but we stayed 5 nights and avoided breakfast every day as it is served in the lobby!
