A few issues upon arrival but nothing to warrant concern. Virtual front desk, housekeeping and maintenance were prompt and resolved any concerns quickly and effectively. Overall rooms have good space and working appliances. The walls are thin so if you are a light sleeper, the sounds from the suites surrounding may keep you up. The location is great being only a short walk to the beach, shopping and dining. The neighborhood is very safe and far enough from Ocean Drive to be quiet.

I would never book this place again! First off, getting the code to check in was unnecessarily difficult. I called the front desk multiple times and they gave me an attitude and didnt give me clear instructions and I was told different information by differenr people. athey kept tellinh me they sent me the code and ther never did. Once i finally got tjat figured out, I emtered the room and was BEYOND disappointed. It looks notjing like the picture AT ALL. It just looked so dirty. the flooring wasnt clean you can tell everything was cheaply made. The bed had only one thin sheet. no blanket at all. The bathroom had a big window that had no curtain covering it. My sister and I felr extreemly uncomfortable and we would only shower with the lights off. The walls are extremely thin. I could hear EVERYTHING the person in the next room was saying. It was like we were in the same room. I could literallh hear every video they watched on their phone and every tik tok video they watched. The persok in the room mext to us also jad no respext at all for us. We barely got any sleep because he was yellomg with his friend at 5 am in the morning and blasting music all night. If i could i would rate this place a 0/5. Literally the worse experience ever. The only thing that was nice was the location and thats it. Pls save ur momey and book anywhere else. You’ll get ur money’s worth. There were bnbs in downtown miami that were the same price but looked better and had way more.

Bed was broken, mold in the shower, they didn’t have a remote control in the room, no lights in the stairwell. Homeless people sleeping on the couch in the lobby which made it stink.

Horrible stay!! Booked a room for three people that was supposed to have a queen bed and a sofa bed. Upon check in, we were given a room with one bed and a leather loveseat not a sofa bed. There were no blankets or a pillow for the third guest. There was not even a towel for the third guest. I tried to contact them for accommodations but was told all staff leaves at four, the time of check in! They gave us a room for two and refused to move us or refund us. Didn’t get anything we needed until 4pm on last day of stay. Room was also not very clean and mold in bathroom and on curtains.

The air was good but the walls with the holes in them and the not all the outlets were working could have been updated to the price they are asking for people. Other than that the place located in a good area where you can walk to a lot of places and food place very good.

Very Small room and the bed had nothing on it but a bottom sheet and a HALF sheet on top that would only cover your feet. Nothing else to cover up with. The pictures on the site are very deceiving and not what you think. Its not close to the beach. It’s 4 blocks away. I would not recommend this property!!!!

This was my second time staying at Renzzi On The Beach, and once again it was an excellent experience. The location is perfect — just steps from the beach and very close to stores and restaurants, which makes everything super convenient. The staff and atmosphere make the stay even more enjoyable. I will definitely be coming back again!

Just one thing the walls inside the room are too thin and when you having a conversation on the phone people want to complain state that you are talking too loud and reality you’re not . But otherwise, the room is beautiful. The area is really nice I would recommend this place to anyone.

DO NOT BOOK ! SOMEONE STOLE MY DESIGNER BAG OUT OF MY ROOM WHEN MY DOOR WAS LOCKED !! On top of that it’s mold in the room and the shower and floors are disgusting! I had to file a police report for my bag being stolen! Not safe to stay here !. WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE TRAVELING!

This place is clean and modern which is nice, however the however door doesn't stay closed all the way so all the water goes out all over the floor causing a mess. I also didn't like how it was impossible to get early check in and I was waiting from 9am to check in at 4pm.

Great location but disappointing stay

Great location for my Miami Beach visit, however, the property needs updating and much needed maintenance. Outside property as well as indoor hallways are shabby and poorly maintained. Kitchen poorly stocked, broken drawer, refrigerator door opening in inconvenient direction. Lack of sufficient storage and shelving in unit especially bathroom. The unit I rented for an extended stay was large but uncomfortable. Can be a better experience if management paid more attention to details.
