There was a terrible smell in the room. I tried to check in in advance, but the system wasn't working; furthermore, the sheets and pillow protectors were dirty, so I almost never stayed at the hotel at night.

Booked 3 rooms was placed om tne third floor with no elevators so it was a struggle to get our bags up and down, bed seems comfy from photo with lots of pillows but the mattress was very hard and beds very low with only 2 very thin pillows, requested more since we all woke up with back and neck pain and was told only one more can be provided per room. Location is good but not on the beach as name suggested itd a couple blocks away. No front desk so everything is by phones which can be frustrating at times but once online replies were prompt.

This was my second time staying at Renzzi On The Beach, and once again it was an excellent experience. The location is perfect — just steps from the beach and very close to stores and restaurants, which makes everything super convenient. The staff and atmosphere make the stay even more enjoyable. I will definitely be coming back again!

Terrible stay! There is no check in staff, you just get your key codes via message and they are not timely. They don’t answer the phone for help. God forbid you ask for an extra blanket or pillow. It’s not something they can accommodate unless you are there longer than 3 days. There a drunk around and in the building that claims to work there. The bed feels like they ordered it from temu. There is mold in the bathroom and on window coverings.

The room was fine. My only problem was the lighting in the entire building the stairs, and on my floor was extremely dim and very creepy. Also, there was no blanket. Only a top sheet I had to go out and buy a blanket so I wouldn’t freeze to death. the first night. I had to go to sleep completely dressed because it was so cold.

Not the same room that I booked online. The AC was so loud the only help offered was turn it off. Sleeping with windows open without screens brought in Fly’s, cockroaches, and Mosquitoes. The supposed great customer service was non responsive. No help. Terrible!

Also, following issues: * mold in bathroom * homeless person sleeping on property who KNEW the code to get into the lobby * no hot water in kitchen — had to reset hot water heater * 2 pillows on bed. They were literally probably 1 inch thick COMPLETELY AVOID!!

Horrible stay. The water in the bathroom was not hot, we showered in 30 degrees with cool water! Not enough pillows, it was stinking. There was no heat. Will never recommend this place. No lift or elevator have to carry bags up. Very late check in 4:00 pm! Hated this stay.
