DANGER!!! We arrived at 11pm and door locked, lights out, no response to buzzer or phone call. Appeared completely deserted so we were left standing on the street with our luggage in bad downtown area. Fortunately we were able to get another Uber before the local gang bangers playing b-ball 100 yards away noticed us.
