The temperature in the rooms. And touchup some of the paint and window coverings.
When we checked in the room was extremely cold. I asked if someone could change the temperature. We left change the temperature first then left for about an hour and a half came back in the room was still extremely cold. Engineering was called by the front desk to come and check it. They made some adjustments. We waited another 15 minutes or so and it was still extremely cold. The front desk then switched us to another room in which we had to wait to let it kind of warm up first before we moved over. Temperature was OK then later on that night it was too hot and again the second night too hot. There’s obviouslyproblems with the air conditioner. We could never really get a consistent temperature. They did remove one day of resort fees for the inconvenience. Just wished if they could have done a little more. The staff did seem to be OK. The hotel itself seemed to be nice. I am also waiting to see to make sure that I’m not double charged due to the confirmation email. I received stated that I was already charged for one night in advance. And then would be charged the second night upon arrival. As we went to check out, they said that was not the case they had not received any payment and I had to pay For both days. Still waiting to see from my bank.
