I normally don’t leave bad reviews but this one was unbearable. This property is a scam I paid extra for a room with Ocean view when I got there I was given a room where you can barely see the ocean. When I confronted front desk about it I was told all the rooms are booked and they are all ocean partial view. But when I was booking I paid for ocean view no partial view. I feel like it’s very unprofessional to play with words like that. The rooms are very outdated. Also parking is definitely a 6 to 10 minutes walk From the hotel. I was also told there would be parking available. Please do yourself a favor pay the little extra money for more convenience. This hotel charge enough money to give people better service.

This is a great property right next to the promenade and the beach. Price is good for the value. We got a room with an ocean view, highly recommended, and there are many rooms that view the ocean so be sure to request one. Parking is limited, with less parking onsite than room spaces, suggest get there early to snag a parking spot otherwise it’s a witch-hunt on the street for one.

Our neighbors stayed up from 8pm to 8am making noise, loud talking. They tried opening the door that divides our rooms twice and turning the doorknob on it. Walls are paper thin and our room smelled like mold.

Not worth the stay

Our room was in clear need of repair. We had no hot water and when we asked to have our room moved we had to wait until 4:00 in the afternoon and had to argue with maintenance that it was actually not working. While we were waiting for the new room our old room’s ac wasn’t working. The front desk manager proceeded to argue with me over that and apparently you have to have the thermostat set at 65 for it to cool below 75. The manager and maintenance were rude. I tried emailing the district manager a week ago and have yet to hear back. I won’t hold my breath.

I was harrassed and threatened by a member of staff to the point where I had to call the police and leave the hotel. Management denied the incident and refused to check their security cameras. Worst hotel experience imaginable or of my entire life.

Après 26h de route, car j'ai fait la route Québec/Miami en voiture, je suis arrivé à l'hôtel pour me faire dire que ma chambre n'était plus disponible. Puisque les discutions se sont etirées dépassé minuit, même hôtel.com a pas été çapable de nous trouver une chambre ailleurs. On a fait une quinzaine d'hôtels sans aucune disponibilité. On a dû dormir dans l'auto et à miami c'est compliqué trouver un endroit paisible et sécuritaire où dormir dans l'auto. Un vrai couchemar. La réceptionniste nous a mis dehors du lobby sans essayer de nous accommoder. Vraiment une place à éviter.

Property was fine. Location was great. Wifi and reception were spotty and terrible. Parking, if you can get it is good but very limited. Staff were not helpful when trying to extend checkout due to flight delays. Checked day before, was told needed to be day of, checked first thing day of, was told they were completely booked and couldn’t help. I even offered to pay more, no deal. Overall an acceptable place to say. Rooms are dated, ac was inconsistent. Location and proximity to beach and south beach were good.
