I’ve stayed here many times before. And used to like this property. Im just generally not pleased with the upkeep. There was a bloody tampon near the elevators that was there for two days. I feel like that says a lot. Valet took 30-40 mins every time we needed the car. Just two of the things that turned me off. I won’t be staying here again.

We stay here every time we visit Miami Absolutely Brilliant !! Can’t speak highly enough of the staff… the food…the Drinks…and the rooms. It’s in an area called Brickell. Easy to get anywhere in the city by Uber..takes about 20 mins to get to Miami Beach..It’s very well placed for other dining options around Brickell. It’s adjacent to a shopping Mall which is useful when the showers come. We came as a family and the dining was great.. there are other Adult only dining options as well. There are different bars.. again pool.. family friendly and adult only bars including a great roof top cocktail bar. The hotel is right next to the Free Miami Mover train which is a great experience as it weaves around the sky scrapers and covers most of down town Miami. The rooms are great…all have balconies with amazing views of the city… the AC is great and the beds are super comfy. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Miami !!!

East Miami is where you should stay

The East Miami was a beautiful hotel, I enjoyed how convenient it was to everything. The amenities were top tier and loved the balcony view of our room. The front desk staff recognized my VIP status and was very accommodating to our early check in and access to services of the hotel. I will definitely be coming back to stay here again and recommend to others!

We were not able to check in even after 3pm, they told us go and get food and kill time! the room we got was an accessible room which we never requested but because they said they were booked up that’s what we got! The toilet was inside the shower, there was water everywhere. They moved us the second day, we had to pack and unpack at the new room, the new room had a terrible scent of sewage!!! The next day we were locked out from our room because the device on the door was apparently dead, at this point we had a dinner reservation and we were locked out for a while making us Late. The whole experience was trash there was no compensation also I got a $200 charge on my credit card after I left without any email stating what this extra charge was for ! I would never recommend! I hated it

I had a early fight so i had to wait until check in time. Almost a five hour wait. Two young lady came in right after me in got a room before check in time. I feel like they have a little color complex. That was my experience. When I got to my room at 3:40 because the room still wasn't. The room wasn't even clean. I didn't have such a great birthday at this hotel

Everything was awesome, my last night stay was unpleasant due to the guest that stayed next to my rokm Extremely noisy. I contact security which the came but after about 1 hiur it got worse and intentional
