I booked a end room with a view of the bay. So the kids could see our ship. Got put in a side room. Booked 2 Queen beds got 2 twins. Asked for extra pillows never got them.

One of the elevators was out so that made for long waits. We took the stairs to our 5th floor. I didn’t realize there wasn’t an in room fridge & the nearest ice machine did not work. Other than that, hotel is a 5-10 min walk to Bayside activities and is worth booking if you’re going to be in the area.

I am writing to express my deep frustration and anger over the terrible experience I had during my stay. Upon arrival, only one elevator was working, which is already unacceptable for a multi-story building. Every time we needed to use it, we had to wait 10 to 15 minutes, both going up and down. However, the worst part happened on the day of checkout: the only functioning elevator broke down completely. As a result, I was forced to help my 70-year-old mother walk down 16 floors using the stairs, carrying all her luggage. This was not only exhausting, but also dangerous and inhumane. What’s truly outrageous is that this wasn’t a sudden failure. The elevator had clearly been out of service for a long time, and nothing had been done to fix it. This shows a complete lack of responsibility and regard for the well-being of your guests. I demand a proper response and compensation that reflects the seriousness of what happened. This was, without a doubt, one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had, and I would not recommend this place to anyone under these conditions.

The issue is that this hotel is constantly being used for arrivals and departures for the cruises and to have ONLY ONE elevator working was unacceptable. Especially when everyone has luggage. This is also a safety hazard for persons that are handicapped because they couldn't use the stairs. We waited for 5 elevator stops that were completely full before we could shove our luggage on and then walk down 10 floors to retrieve it to leave on our cruise.

The staff at the property were nice especially Nelson whom worked in the Grill Restuarant a the property, they only had one elevator working which held up a lot of time, its a 12 story building. The hotel is located in the perfect location, The Bayside Market was across the street which is family oriented, had many restaurants, shopping and a night life!! There is a food truck located across the street from the hotel and the food is delicious especially the Lamb chops!!
