It was fine for a quick stay, we mainly chose it because it’s close to the port for our cruise. That said, the elevators definitely need improvement, the wait times were frustrating. The rooms and bathrooms were pretty outdated too. But if you just need a place for one night near the port, it does the job. Just be sure to leave extra time in case you get held up waiting on the elevator.

The positive: staff were professional and courteous. The hotel is located near the port. Negative: the hotel is dated and it appears that they tried to spruce it up by painting the walls white. The bathroom is extremely small and the faucet to the bathtub was broken. There are only two small elevators which meant a long wait time. We were not informed that you needed to use your key card in elevator. I would not recommend or stay in this hotel again.

I always stay here when I’m going on a cruise out of Miami. I enjoy the convenient location and the cleanliness of the property. It can be long waits or crowded often, trying to get up to your room. I’m pretty aware of the patience that’s needed when trying to use the elevator. It seems like there’s always only one working. But, nevertheless I’m happy with the hotel. I would like to acknowledge the fact on my last visit. The air was not working in my room. The maintenance man came a few time, but it was never able to be fixed. My next thing was, I was going to ask for another room. But, before I could. It was taken care of and I was moved to a better room with working a/c.

There are only 2 elevators for the hotel and usually had to wait 20-30 min for an elevator especially in the morning on cruise days when you are trying to take your bags down. Had to carry my 4 50 pound bags down the stairs from floor 9 so I wouldn’t miss my Uber.

The internet didn’t work so I couldn’t watch tv and my electric in my room kept going in and out. There wasn’t any hot water. The restaurant charged me for something that was listed for a different price on the menu. Spoke to front desk and the night agent was rude and told me that I just had to deal with the complaints and to speak to the morning manager the next day!

The check in itself went smoothly. They did not mention the TV had no service. We stayed three days with NO Tv. The elevators were a mess. it was not unusual to wait 15 minutes to be in an overfill elevator. On departure there were people on the 16th that had waited over a hour. This was 45 minutes before check out.
