The room felt neglected. It was not cleaned. Even once, the coffee, condiments were not replaced even once during my four nights stay. Despite displaying a tag to clean the room, it was not accomplished. The room location was also bad, with a small window facing the wall of another building.

It is a very basic simple hotel with only 2 ridiculously small elevators. Extremely small sterile rooms and pretty noisy. Price is too high for the quality of the rooms.

Rooms and hotel were older and a little rundown and need upgrades, elevators were super slow and you need to get downstairs before 9:30 or else you will be stuck until all cruise ship people are gone. Service was good and friendly and restaurant was nice.
