Due to thunderstorms in the area, we arrived much later than expected. Front desk staff was clearly overwhelmed and understaffed for the amount of guests who arrived later due to weather delays. Restaurant/bar was closed and staff was rude. We had to get frozen food from lobby. Selections were very limited, no silverware or water available.

Check in was an easy process. Staff was somewhat courteous; had an issue with staff jumping ahead of patrons on elevators. Rooms were spacious, bed was comfy. Breakfast options were plentiful for my family. Stayed here before getting on cruise. Cruise shuttle staff were excellent.

My family (mom dad toddler and baby) stayed here along with my in-laws for one night before we got on a cruise in Miami. The hotel was very nice. We enjoyed the evening drinks that were included and the included breakfast. Nice but busy pool area. The hotel itself smells amazing. Room was beautiful and comfortable. Would stay here again!

The room sizes are larger than standard rooms I usually get for the price. Transportation from the airport was included and convenient. Breakfast was included but I did not take advantage of that. Little details such as folded towels are a nice touch. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable.
