Property is clean and beautiful. Fully staffed with everyone willing to assist. Happy Hour was a bonus. Breakfast had many great options to choose from. Check In was a breeze. The airport shuttle was great. The shuttle to the port was perfect. I would stay again and I would definitely recommend.

Rude staff and Management

Staff and reception are rude. Checked in on. Sunday and was told housekeeping is daily and would leave fresh towels. As this information was not listed on website so I wanted to confirm. No one came to leave us a towels or clean. Called the front desk to confirm they stated yes. Again, no one showed up. Asked to speak with a manager have yet to speak with one. We checked out today, Thursday! I also called housekeeping for towels and they had the audacity to tell me, go down to front desk and get them. Staff is down right rude and the Management is even worse! I filed a complaint with Hotels.com and they are not even helping me with this. Now I will move up to filing a complaint with corporate as well!
