We absolutely loved this property and the sister hotel the Clevelander! The staff was amazing. Valerie, Charlie, and Charlene were wonderful. Our room was clean and it was close to everything.

Hotellet bærer præg af, at være af ældre dato. Hotellet virker slidt. Vi kunne ikke åbne vinduet på værelset, aircondition anlægget måtte lukkes helt ned, da kontakten ikke kunne slukke for anlægget. Der er meget lydt og støj fra vej og omgivelser kan høres. På positiv siden er, at hotellet ligger central i forhold til Ocean Drive og Miami Beach. Hotellet egner sig, efter min mening bedst til yngre mennesker, som ønsker at benytte sig at de lokale klubber og barer.

Housekeeping needs to be better

Overall the experience was good. Only drawback was that the housekeeping was not consistent (late cleaning; did not show up) We had to keep contacting them to clean our room. Also the ice machine was out of service; but they did provide ice when asked through housekeeping.

Property was in a convenient area especially if you are trying to stay around South beach. Staff was very helpful & nice although the cleanliness of the hotel could’ve been way better. I had a few stains on my sheets after the sheets were changed & the shower wasn’t very clean & had a drain issue.

Walkable to the beach, many stores and restaurants. Only $5 off per person for breakfast and they seated you separately vs with other guests, which was weird because we still have to pay for food/drinks. Pool is only accessible to 21 over guests, which we were not aware and our children wanted to go. Construction to the building happening right outside our window. One morning, we were woken up at 5:30 am by someone screaming for a few hours.

The property was perfect for what we went for, the rooms are a bit tight but we really only needed them to sleep and shower so they were fine, clean and safe. The hotel staff was amazing, so kind and informative. Demetrius was a great help with any questions we had, things to do in the are etc., also Charlie really made our experience so much better. The location is perfect, everything you need is walkable. Would highly recommend!
