I had a terrible experience. Before my check in I called them to notify that I was going to be late around 12am. They said it was fine, that someone would be there at that time. Once I get there, the lobby was closed. People were trying to check in and nobody was there to received us. 30 minutes happened and a lady opened the door and asked me if I needed help. She proceeded to do the check in with a list full of names. I found myself in it and gave her my ID. She gave me the keys and didn’t charge me for the room. I told her that I only did the reservation and I needed to pay at property and she didn’t even know if I paid or not. Then she wanted to take a COPY of my credit card because her computer wasn’t working. I refused to that and we agreed to do the payment in the morning. After that I asked her how to get to my room and her response was “It’s over there”. I was soooo annoyed and tired that I just left and spent at least 10 min to find my room. The Hotel is supposed to be a non-smoking place and the first smell I received when I opened the door was cigarette. The floor had a nasty thing scattered near the bed, the chairs were all damaged and dirty… I won’t book with them never again.
