This property is in a great location. It’s within walking distance to Bayside Marketplace (shop’s & restaurants), City Centre-Main St downtown Miami (tons of restaurants & shopping). Hotel is well kept and modern. Room was spacious and clean and bed was comfortable. Only downside was the bathroom is a bit small. It would have benefited having a pocket door to allow for more space. The hotel has a complimentary breakfast (waffles, toast,bagels,muffins,cereals,eggs,sausage, yogurts,coffee,tea). It also has a bar and restaurant.

Not a great experience. VERT VERY Long wait time to get checked in. Rooms are dingy and old musty smell. Windows are very thin you can hear all the ambulance sirens and car honking all day.

I booked a suite and was given an ADA handicapped accessible room. I tried to resolve with manager and was offered a refund and to check out. I stayed at this hotel last year and had same issue which prior management resolved and apologized for giving me room and not a suite. This management team was rude and less than effective. I contacted Expedia for assistance and was told front desk would not answer phone. I have pictures of ADA room. I tried to upload photos but could not.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The staff was welcoming, the facilities were top tier, and the breakfast selection was excellent! Silvinia (I hope I spelled it right) was friendly, accommodating, and she went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Franky at the bar made the best Margaritas, and he greeted all his customers with a smile. I will definitely be staying here again!

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel! The highlight was definitely the stunning view of the Miami River, which provided a beautiful backdrop to my visit. The pool was serene and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. The rooms were spotless, modern, and well-maintained, making for a very comfortable stay. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a smile, which really enhanced my experience. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a clean, updated place with excellent amenities and a picturesque location along the Miami River. I’ll definitely be returning!
