We had an issue when we first got the room the AC wasn’t working. It took almost 45 minutes for the technician to come and fix it. We did like the amenities, the bed was very comfortable and the room was very nice.

The Hotel was very nice the front desk staff upon arrival wasn’t very welcoming. I wasn’t aware of the overnight parking fee nor a destination fee. I wasn’t happy with room because the room I had was facing a lot of construction work. But it was just the 1 night so I didn’t ask to be moved the attire view wasn’t terrible.

Overall I felt very underwhelmed by this property. For starters, the elevators took forever and room service was very delayed. The room itself was decent but dirty in some areas. They had a special promo that had you pick between room service everyday or two free drinks a day. We picked room service but they did the absolute bare minimum. The area around the property is nice if you like luxury shopping, but nightlife in the area is sad. Service from the staff was okay, I had to call multiple times to even reach someone from the front desk. Some notable mentions: pool closes at 6pm which is way too early, couch and bed pillows were very uncomfortable, shower water pressure is not great.

I was TRAPPED into booking an AIRBNB. When I was told there would be a $300+ deposit, I was aghast. I only needed a nice room for the night. I was told I was VERY lucky I could get a refund, with less than 24 hrs notice. The host was unavailable, i was turned away. After we FINALLY got ahold of the HISTR, I was able to cancel and book a room (not an AIRBNB). I do not recommend this place, the restaurant tried to nickel and dime me on my breakfast bill, it was $45+ for a simple omelet, potatoes, and hot tea. THIS PLACE IS A MONEY PIT.

Poor Service

The service was terrible. I called the customer service line 2 times before arriving and the guest services line 5 times while there and no one ever answered. I was calling because there was no coffee in our room or wine opener (even though they left me a bottle of wine for being Expedia VIP). When we went to the pool we waited 40 minutes for lunch to be delivered and then it still wasn't brought over to our chairs. I had to go tell the bartender it was sitting at the end of the bar. Then they added an 18% gratuity automatically (which explains the lack of motivation to deliver even a basic level of service). This was of course after being charged the $35 resort fee as well. The elevators at the hotel are also very slow as an extra bonus. Waiting 5 minutes for an elevator to go down and hunt for a bottle opener because no one answers the phone was beyond frustrating. Very disappointed and will not return.
