The room was very nice. Got an upgrade for free and wine bottle. The pool was beautiful. Would definitely come back to this hotel. The con was pillows were flat and the restaurant inside casa Gianna dinner was really good but breakfast not so great .

The front desk is absolutely incompetent. They originally tried putting me in a room that was already occupied by a grown man. I went downstairs. Had to wait in line again, to get another room. I had to remind them two or three times about a bottle of wine when they finally gave it to me there wasn’t a corkscrew in the room. So I had to go right back downstairs again. No real apology. They said, they felt they made it right by giving me a room upgrade. (which I also had to ask for !!! it was not offered!!!) I said I don’t care about a room upgrade with the kitchen. I don’t plan to cook in here so that does nothing for me. What they should’ve done is knock some money off of my bill and gave me a food and beverage credit so I could have drinks and dinner on them. I will absolutely never be returning.

Staff doesn’t communicate well, and never answers the phone. Room was nice, note there is no housekeeping unless you stay 4+ days. Checkout time is so busy that it’s impossible to catch an elevator, we had to go down 19 flights of stairs.

I booked and paid for a room for my niece. Her flight had been canceled and not scheduled again until the next day. She arrived at the hotel only to be told there was no vacancy. They didn't even try to locate a room in a nearby hotel. When I asked to speak with someone, they said they could not speak to me since the reservation was canceled and the money would be refunded to my account. If that is good customer service, then I would not ever book or recommend someone to their establishment.

Gorgeous hotel within walking distance of Kaseya Center and Bayside Market. Check-in was a breeze, the room was nice, but bathroom floor not too clean. The hairdryer was amazing, the iron not-so-much. The rooftop pool was great. Water temp perfect and they provided terrycloth chair covers and towels. But don't order food at the pool. It is overpriced and not good at all.

Look everything is the best at Gale! Hands down this is the best hotel to stay in when visiting Miami especially for a cruise! We have been coming since it open for two years now and will always be a customer here! Keep up the great work and keep flipping the rooms on time they are the best to ever do it! Wish I could live there!
