Great housekeeping everyday. Rooftop pools really awesome just the heat doesn’t work on most of them. Loved the full access to the main hotel across the street including the beach service. Only 1 working elevator in the main area caused long wait during the day.

I had a terrible experience last night at this hotel, I stayed on the west tower and they gave me room 404 which AC wasn't working properly, the room temperature was 78 degrees making uncomfortable to sleep. I tried to call the lobby several times and no one answered my phone calls, we ended up getting another room in a Residence Inn 2 blocks away from there where we finally got some sleep. Please stay away from this place!

Staff wasn't helpful or friendly. Asked for water when I checked in and was told I needed to go across the street to the other property to get it. Bloody Mary was $25.

For the price i paid, the room was not so clean and modern. Also, the pool was super hot, like a hot tub. Doesnt make any sense to heat the pool in the weather. For the hot tub, it s normal, but for the pool... We have to go elsewhere to find a normal pool
