The hotel offers no services ~ you must walk to the sister hotel for food, shopping, beach, etc . Frequently, there was no one at the front desk. Nice part of town, but I'm not sure I would stay there again

## 1/5 Stars "Extremely disappointed with our recent stay at the grand beach surfside . The room was infested with bed bugs, and the hotel's response to the issue was slow and inadequate. To make matters worse, the elevator was broken, and my wife and son were stuck for 10 minutes. The lack of customer service and attention to guest concerns was appalling. Considering a Holiday Inn would likely provide better service. Unless they revamp their approach to guest satisfaction, I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone."

The first reservation in room 330 i told the reception 4 times to fix the floor as it was coming out in two areas the entrance and by the bed Nothing was done not even an apology or an assurance we will fix it we will change your room Then one early morning they knock on the door to ask if i want service on the room???? A 5 star hotel and they ask if i want service?? And turndown service is on request Shoking Never staying there again There are beautiful reaorts in the area
