Great location. Stay there several years ago and some of the fixings need some upgrade. Overall good experience and price. Will recommend.

They couldn’t find our reservation and it took two hours to get them to tell us that they finally found it then when we went back to get our into our hotel, they told us we never pre-checked so we had to wait another two hours

The front desk agent was very friendly, professional, and accommodating during our check-in. Our family especially enjoyed the pool area for its spaciousness, game offerings, and lovely walkway through the lagoon. Also, we had a very nice meal in the restaurant. When it was time to say goodbye to Miami, we were thankful for a prompt, early shuttle to the airport.

Loved this hotel.

Nice hotel with really nice pool area. Very nice employees at the front desk. We got there at 11am and asked if we could pay extra to check in early. She said she had a deluxe room that we could get into now for $50 more. That was worth it to us as we were tired and wanted to take a nap so we paid the extra. There were a lot of people sitting in the lobby with their suitcases and we definitely didn't want to do that so we really appreciated the early check in. The deluxe room was really big and nice. Love the big bottle of shampoo and conditioner they had in the shower and the lotion in the bathroom. The only downside was the ice maker didn't work on our floor. We had to go down a floor every time we wanted ice. I talked to a man from a few floors up and he said theirs didn't work either and he had to go down a floor also to get ice. We caught the shuttle to the airport which was great. I wish they had a line for the shuttle though. We were outside early waiting and a big group came out at the last minute and went in front of everyone else. My husband and I got the last 2 seats on the shuttle even though we had been out there waiting for 15 minutes. Driver was great though. I would definitely stay here again though.
