Wish it was a longer stay...

I came to handle some personal business and arrived early to the property. The front staffer Bartholomew was professional, courteous and efficient. I was able to checkin early (for a small fee). The room was clean and satisfactory. The pool and grounds were nice. The food was tasty and the bar was nice. The shuttle truly runs every 30 mins to and from the airport. I will certainly be back for a longer stay.

Hilton Blue Lagoon miami

The hotel was lovely I arrived at 10.00 am from a cruise I know I was early but I did not get stop Until 4.30 pm. My card was declined in the atm and in the shop. Phoned the Bank who said there was no reason my card should be blocked. Lady on reception very rude and unhelpful ended up walking 1.1/2 miles there and back to find an atm which of course delivered. This morning cleaner knocking on my door asking if I was leaving at 8.00 am!’ Despite do not disturb being outside also found that for some reason Expedia had booked two rooms for me a solo traveller
