Upon check in I was given a room which had not been cleaned and smelled of mold. Second room air conditioner did not work, shower curtain was too short, paint peeling from walls, hazardous exposed screws in shower. No parking nearby, only perk was it was close to the cruise port. Would not expect this kind of experience from holiday inn

This hotel is very old, and could do with some refurbishment. Although the bed was very comfortable and the staff were very helpful. There is a lot of construction work going on outside and around the area.

Uncomfortable Stay in the Middle of Miami Heat Staying in downtown Miami, you'd expect the hotel room to offer some relief from the heat and humidity, unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. The AC in my room was barely functioning, making it almost unbearable to sleep. On top of that, there was a strong mildew smell that lingered throughout the room. The food wasn’t any better, bland and unappealing, definitely not worth the cost. For a hotel in such a prime location, I expected better quality and comfort. Would not recommend unless major improvements are made.

Worst hotel ever. I was stayed there 13 years ago. I just want to stay in the same hotel for nostalgia, but after all these years, they didn't make a single improvement to the hotel. The hole hotel was very dirty, the rooms were very dirty, everything was very old, broken and in a miserable condition. Terrible terrible terrible… -500 points
