This hotel is not representative of Holiday Inn. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a man in a hoodie. It was around 10 p.m. and we were advised there was no parking. We were then instructed to park across the street at the parking garage which is not made for SUVs plus the cost was $50! no discount or anything for hotel guests and we were not informed in advance. A bottle of water was $10! What on earth is happening?? The hallways to the rooms are dingy and floor carpeting musty and uneven. The rooms are also a tripping hazard with the step into the bathroom. The hallways are very loud and there is no sound barrier or light barrier between the room and hallway so you hear all the drunk people coming back from the bars. You could clearly tell that the hotel rooms dated back many years and smelled musty. I was very disappointed in this hotel choice.

Parking fee for 2 nights was $110.00 (ridiculous) Construction going on next door-too noisy A/C stayed at 1 temperature and it was very hot Phone did not work, so you could not call front desk Tried to order dinner @ 10:15pm & was told it was too late when advertised until 11pm No microwave in rooms No ice machine on floor *step up into bathroom from room which was a serious hazard We had to get our own luggage cart upon arrival & go all the way back to parking area and load our own luggage to take back to the 9th floor Disappointed no pool & room view was looking at the construction next door Overall noisy door being slammed in hallways could hear people as the passed by

The location is good, but the place is falling apart and in poor condition. The staff was not helpful or friendly . Would not stay again.

Arrived after my flight at 2 am and was overwhelmingly disappointed! First room (805) reeked of a strong mildew smell, unclean with stains. Second room (707) … unbelievable… see uploaded pictures for yourself. Yes, that is hair and dirt in the tub. My guests and I are scared. No one wants to use the bathroom and my stomach is hurting. To top it all off the front desk is no longer responding to complaints … SMH… Two thumbs down. Do better Holiday Inn.

When i arrived to the hotel there was no sign outside, so, we called and there was no direct number to the hotel. After we waited for 20 mins on hold they were able to get with someone and they informed us there was no parking. I had to pay $40.00 for parking 3 blocks away. After we arrive to the hotel we get our room key and the room was dingy, smelt terrible, and the beds were gross. The next morning the fire alarm went off so we went down stairs in an ally and around to the front. They were like oh yeah sorry maintenance is slow there was no issue
