My family and I traveled as a group and stayed the night before leaving for a cruise. We rented 2 separate rooms. My room was fine however the room assigned to my cousin had someone already in it. The front desk assigned them another room. With this one, thedoor was cracked and the room wasn’t cleaned. Clearly looked as if someone was squatting in there. Went back to the front desk and was assigned another room. The third room seemed okay at first until we noticed there was a used washcloth hanging on the shower rail. I’ve never experienced this at a Hilton. Will not recommend. Ever!

As close as it was to the airport, it was quieter than expected. It's closeness to the airport also made it convenient to reach when arriving on a late flight. Hotel seemed a bit dated with some simple maintenance needed, but was clean and quiet. Breakfast was plentiful and as expected. There was a charge for parking which I have gotten used to in the larger cities. I would return if a hotel room was needed once again near the Miami airport

Meh! Its a compliment.

Don’t bother trying to lower the AC below 70 degrees for sleeping—it simply won’t go any lower. If you ask the front desk, they’ll likely respond with a quick “No” without even looking up. The shuttle to the airport works well, but be sure to make a reservation in advance. However, don’t count on it to get you from the airport to the hotel—you’ll probably end up waiting over an hour for what should be a 7-minute ride. Welcome to Miami!

stay was not what i expected from a hilton !

We were given incorrect shuttle information. room linens were over bleach and ruff. no hot water in the shower this morning. morning front desk staff was preoccupied with ipad or personal call. air conditioning sounded like a plane had landed in our room woke everyone up !
