With only minutes in distance to Sunny Isles beach, Gulfstream Park Racing and Casino and closest proximity o the famous Aventura Mall, this home is perfect for a gateway! Spacious, bright and comfortable up to 8 people! a huge pool with a Jacuzzi and 2 tennis court , gym and a BBQ area to enjoy your stay!! One parking and 2 access card are included! dont lose it! The reserve include (2) access card and (1) parking decal .(one parking spot include)
For registration purposes, guest MUST provide the ID for EACH adult that will be staying in the unit and 2 emails to receive the confirmation and instruction from the building.

Really nice, clean and well maintained property. Pictures are accurate. Nice pool, work out room , grill and surroundings. Very safe area with large mall and restaurants in surrounding area. Host, Alejandro, was super responsive to all inquiries.
