Disliked: Check-in, communication
Clean place, nice to stay at- but horrible communication. After booking and paying through VRBO the tenant is then directed to book through the “landing”app which is repetitive and time consuming. Questions left unanswered, calls unreturned, and the app is difficult to use.

We were not able to access the pool as we were not given a pool fob and the pool was closed after 5pm. There was no dishwasher soap provided and there was garbage still left there that we had to remove when we came, so that was kinda gross.Also, I tried to contact the "Landing" regarding these issues as well as VRBO and I got no response from either email.
