Great location is about the only good thing of my stay. Had to wash the cover when I arrived because there was food and hair on the cover. The bath tubs do not drain so you will stand in a foot of water. The kitchen table was sticky. It appeared like the cleaning service just made beds then left.

Was Hoping for more space in the overall house, somehow the photos do not do justice, making the place look larger. Good location for grocery shopping and food. Basic amenities should have been taken care of on Day 1 itself, as already highlighted to the Owner

The property was very nice and clean. We were excited to see how well the kitchen was set up with cooking utensils - we have stayed many places and it is not often the rentals have decent pots and pans! If you are coming to visit the Everglades and Biscayne the property is about 15 - 20 minutes from both and they are easy to get to. It was a little noisy outside as it is next to a busy intersection- we didn't expect it to be super quiet since it is in a very developed area and it didn’t bother us. I did make a mistake and forgot to add our entire family count to the reservation and we were short on towels. The communication was answered quickly; however we didn't get the additional towels and made due. The only issue was the shower in the shared bath drained very slowly. We alerted the property manager but it wasn't fixed during our stay.
