The room, the staff, the services, and the food were first rate. The staff was always very accommodating and respectful. You also could not beat the access to the beach and it's location to the nightly festivities on Ocean Drive . The only thing missing was the availability of the rooftop pool because it was undergoing a soft renovation. However, we were allowed access to their sister hotel's pool which was only a short walk away. We will be making future visits to the Leslie Hotel. We had a wonderful time.

Only chose this hotel because of the rooftop pool and hot tub advertised. Upon check-in was informed the pool and spa were out of commission. I was traveling with my teenage daughter and we were truly looking forward to using the pool and Hot Tub. Got to our room and thought I’d take a nice bath, but found that there was no plug in the deep soaking tub. The final insult was climbing to bed and finding sand and other debris in the sheets. This hotel has so much potential but needs a serious overhaul.

The staff was very nice! The food and drinks were nothing special but ok. The breakfast was great. The lunch was not. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. The NOISE at 9am was horrible. The banging was so loud it felt like my whole room was shaking. There’s construction for the pool. I get that. But maybe don’t let people stay in rooms where it will be super loud from construction. I couldn’t wait to get out of my room this morning!

Great location being on the beach and near the best parking garage in south beach. Free umbrellas, chairs and towels and the staff is great. Room service kept our room spotless and stocked with new towels. Really can’t complain at all, would go here again!
