The suite features a plush King-size bed with fresh linens and a comfortable fold-out sofa that converts to a Queen-size bed, comfortably accommodating up to 5 guests. Step out onto your private balcony to take in the stunning resort views. The suite includes modern bathrooms, one featuring a soothing jetted tub.

Upon check-in, you will receive up to 4 complimentary wristbands for pool access. The hotel limits wristbands per unit, and additional bands are available for a fee.

Many premium services are available for an additional fee, allowing you to customize your experience. These include daybeds by the pool, beach chairs and umbrellas, private cabanas, water sports, and access to exclusive venues like LIV Nightclub and Arkadia Day Club.

This is a privately-owned unit within the Fontainebleau resort. While I am available via the booking platform to answer any questions you may have before and during your stay, your on-site experience will be managed by the hotel's professional 24/7 staff. You will check in and out at the front desk, just like any other hotel guest.

Fees & Deposits (Paid directly to the resort at check-in/out)

Mandatory Checkout Cleaning Fee: A one-time fee of $130 plus 14% tax is required upon checkout.
Security Deposit Hold: The hotel will place a temporary hold of $250 per night on your credit or debit card at check-in. This is a hold, not a charge, and is released after checkout, provided there are no damages. Cash is not accepted for the deposit.
Services & Policies

Private Unit: As this is a private unit, daily housekeeping and room service are not included. Your suite will be prepared with fresh towels and essentials for your arrival. For extras, please contact housekeeping.
Optional Housekeeping: You may arrange for additional cleaning services (e.g., every other day) directly with the front desk for a fee of $70 plus tax per cleaning.
Check-In: You must present a valid ID and a credit or debit card for the security hold.
Resort Events: The Fontainebleau is a very active resort. We recommend checking the hotel's event calendar, as major events can affect the general atmosphere, noise levels, and availability of some amenities. The host is not responsible for these hotel-managed events.
Elevator Use: During periods of high occupancy, you may experience some delays for the elevators in the Tresor Tower.

LIV Nightclub is located inside the iconic Fontainebleau Miami Beach and is conveniently accessible directly from the hotel lobby, allowing guests to enjoy Miami’s top nightlife just steps from their stay.
