This unit is located in the Hyde Resorts and Residences in Hallendale Beach/Hollywood Beach cross area. The condo is beautiful inside and out. It is located in a very nice area and the section of the beach out front is awesome. The not great things for our particular stay was that the WiFi in the unit did not work the entire stay we were there. Attempted to reach out to the host before arrival to ask some check in questions and I did not receive a response. When we reached out to the host Nicole again when we realized that the WiFi was not working it was said that a ticket was put in with the provider HotWire but no eta on a fix. No one ever came after the initial maintenance team could not fix the general WiFi and it remained down the whole time. Also the entire buildings A/C stopped working the last day we were there, again reached out to the host with no response. Beautiful property but communication needs to be better on the part of the host.
