Traveled to see family, room was hot, they switched my room BUT that room was also hot. Housekeeping showed a fake information card saying check out was at 10:30 and begged us to leave room as I was getting my baby ready. We booked for two nights, however someone checked us out after one night and tried to pin it on Expedia. But they charged me a security deposit for two nights when I checked in. The hotel seems to be nice, I never imagined going through this while staying here. I wouldn’t stay again. It was all too much to only be compensated points.

I am a Titanium Lifetime Bonvoy member. There was no acknowledgment or recognition of such. Service at front desk was marginally adequate as well. Would not recommend this hotel. However, on a bright note, the bartender was fantastic.

I stayed at this property for two nights and I must say that I wasn't impressed. The employees were not helpful at all and kind of rude and dismissive. The facility was clean and well kept but that was pretty much it. They dont even have a microwave on this facility! Shout out to the loss prevention guy for being the only kind soul and super helpful in the matter of an emergency.
