I previously had a great stay at Nautilus, which made me excited to return. Unfortunately, this time the experience didn’t meet expectations. To start, during the summer—when sunset is around 8pm—it felt unreasonable that the pool and amenities closed as early as 7pm. Most nearby hotels keep their outdoor areas open later, which makes this restriction feel unnecessarily limiting. Additionally, the pool was uncomfortably hot—more like a jacuzzi than a refreshing swim—which made it unusable. The atmosphere also lacked energy, with the DJ playing music at an extremely low volume, making it hard to enjoy the environment.

The beach and pool access were immaculate as they were both right next to each other. The rooms could be a tad bit bigger but the balcony was beautiful and grand.

The room was not really cleaned daily. That was a big turn off. The staff at the beach, front office and coffee shop were great.

It was frustrating every night we couldn't get to sleep until around 2 or 3 in the morning. We spoke with management. Nothing was done. It sounded like a herd of elephants running around. If you would like to sleep at night then I would highly suggest you stay somewhere else.
