The apartment was ok. It is actually a company who renta them and the sublet. The pictures are much nicer than the apartment. The check in staff is not very Courthouse and helpful. The lo y has a very Mandy strong scent pipes in. It was not a great experience. I would not be staying here again. Much better options near by.

There weren’t enough basic supplies in the rooms. We registered two adults, two kids for five nights and got minimal supplies. We had to ask for refills of toilet paper, garbage bags, laundry pods, espresso pods. We ended up buying own because we got tired of asking and it was kind of a process. The pool wasn’t heated and was FREEZING! We couldn’t check in until well after 5:00. The front desk staff wasn’t overly friendly or explain things well. The property is beautiful though. Customer service could use an upgrade.

Overall a nice stay. Apartment was spacious and clean. Building is well maintained. Staff courteous. The area is a bit off the beaten path and adjacent to train tracks with an active train schedule which makes it noisy. However, it is not a far walk to restaurants and shops. We found it difficult that they only give you 2 FOBs for 4 people as you need them for access to the, fitness center, pool and elevators.

Great time with family. Recommended by a coworker who does a long stay at the property. I would stay again. Pro: Near highway, free parking, convenient location. Beautiful pools and party room. Con: For the short stay I wished the management provide sponge as well for the dishes, extra pods for laundry. The sofa (and sofa bed) could be more comfy, you feel the springs when you lie down. I was hoping the bathroom has dispenser of the soap and shampoo, but instead we have the little amenities. Both tv are lagging, just be patience! Air fryer could be a great addition to be honest.

The lodging was great, clean, and comfortable. The only issue we had was the WiFi for 1022 was not visible. We were able to connect to another WiFi, fortunately, so we were good after that. Secure parking was good to have, especially being in a new city. And its location is ideal, close to downtown, food spots and South Beach. Definitely worth every penny. Thank you all for a wonderful stay.
