This is a great studio, especially for the rate. I chose this one due to the view. You look right out on the Miami Beach sign and sunrise through the palms was an added bonus.The VRBO listing is accurate. The bed is very comfortable and had plenty of pillows. Options on the TV were expansive. The washer and dryer is only three doors down the hallway. Security on South Beach itself was surprising to a first time visitor. There was also a security person at the front desk every time I went by, The guy during the day was especially friendly.Be careful locking up when you are leaving. I did not test and discovered I did not lock it the first day. Twist the deadbolt lock on the inside as you jiggle the outside latch to be sure the lever doesn't move. Building and apartment security code locks were very simple to use and remember.I did not find it noisy at all which surprised me for a party mecca. I heard someone else talking in the hallway one evening for only a few minutes. There was really no noise from the street. I went to bed before midnight and was never woken up.Really enjoyed my stay.
