We stayed at The President for a week and it was close to the beach, shopping and many dining options. The staff was very friendly and helpful! If I could wish for one thing, it would be for the bathroom to be a little bigger. Thank you for a great stay! we'll be back!

Property was centrally located and the beach was a short walk away. The room was large and clean. We appreciated the little touches, like bottled water every day and adult drink coupons upon arrival! Be advised, the hotel shares its facilities with its sister hotels, so the pool may be crowded, or a long line for breakfast. Definitely would recommend!

Perfect mom and daughter weekend

Room was clean and exactly as pictured. Pool was warm in February. We walked everywhere. Beach was very quick and easy walk. So many restaurants near by. Perfect location. We parked in the parking lot 1 block down the street.

Great location, staff is friendly. Walking distance to the iconic Ocean Drive. Continental breakfast was good however, it would be nice if they could change it up every other day, so that if your stay is longer than 3 days you won’t get bored of eating the same exact thing for more than 3 days straight. But other than that, overall it was a great experience.

We absolutely loved our 4 day stay this past January at The President! The hotel is welcoming, lots of common spaces to sit for a drink, enjoy a carry out meal, people watch or relax. While an older hotel, we really liked the feel and character. The breakfast each morning was a nice, convenient feature -great for a family traveling, to start each day - the menu is a standard American breakfast - eggs, sausage or bacon, waffles, cereals, fruit, toast, juice and coffee - we each found something to eat each day. Our room while small, had a nicely updated bathroom, a walk in closet space with a mini fridge and the beds were very comfortable! We all slept well. The decor is freshly updated, the black out shades helped to block by light and soften noise even in a street facing room. The proximity to everything we wanted to see and do in Miami Beach was walkable and we never ended up taking our car out of the parking garage once we arrived. The rooftop pool at the adjacent building was amazing. We loved our stay and would gladly recommend! All of us felt comfortable and were pleased. [Family of 4, 2 kids - 10 and 13]

The hotel is located in a great area, with transportation near by example: free trolley, walkable to resturant shopping.. staffs were welcoming, and helpful. The only thing the pool closes to early bathroom in room were small in room 210 its not the first time last time i stood we stood by the garage room were bigger as well as bathroom

Bathrooms were small, its fan did not work, drains smell swage . rooms are smaller than what it shows in picture. No daily housekeeping, should request for cleaning snd towels , no automatic daily service . Breakfast had limited options specially for people with lactose intolerance issue or vegetarian. There was no buffet for meat part only get served certain amount . Overall it was below American hotels standard .location was great . Staff were excellent.
