Good breakfast, good service by the team. For any issues, they got it resolved promptly. The only issue I had was when there was no electricity for over 6 hours and I felt they should have taken care by providing some kind of compensation, as I couldn't do anything plus it was very hot and humid.

Coupons for drinks were only limited to certain drinks but that was not explained until after they give you the drinks so you have to pay for them Room was cleaned only 1 time out of 4 nights and I had to keep asking Towels are old and horrible. Bathroom mirror was broken Not enough soap for 2 people but had to pay report fee foe 2 people Balcony is over an alley way Staff was not friendly or accommodating

Friendly staff, bonus with the 2 welcome drinks at the bar and the breakfast service was more than adequate, like alot of properties in Miami Beach this is looking dated with the slowest elevator in history, but overall a great property and only a block from Ocean Drive

We loved the fresh daily breakfast, the kindness of the staff and the cleanliness of the 3 rooms we reserved. Only thing you should note living in the villas is that the keycard can be tricky at times and one of the villas rooms toilet chain broke and we had to pull stopper inside back of toilet to flush….. it took two days for maintenance to finally fix….its a 4 min walk to the beach and 3 min walk to ocean drive….overall a pleasant stay….will return….would definitely recommend….
