Good location. But even though there is no early check-in they won't store your luggage. Overall, I was satisfied with this hotel.

The only good thing about this place was that it was within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Everyone was unfriendly, very noisy which I know is expected for the area. However when there is a 1" gap between the door and door frame its going to be louder.

The decore of the hotel is soooo cool and sheik. I loved it and definitely will stay again. They also have treats in each room for purchase. Chips candy bar healthy bars soda water LQ. It was loved 😍 im glad i picked this place.

The boutique hotel was awesome. Check in staff were great and super accommodating. The downstairs had a great retro bar and the rooms were really well done and super clean. Bathroom was really nice and clean as well. Comes with a small fridge too and Tv setup to connect and stream services with. Also we were on the 3rd floor and no noise or anything from outside. Literally a block away from south beach, easy access to restaurants, and easy uber pickup out front. Would stay back here again. Very pleased

Hallways were filthy and smelled terrible. Rooms were dirty and dusty, shower was moldy. It was very noisy but to be expected for the location. Staff checking in and out acted like they were bothered to assist. 2 days after checkout I was charged for use of the minibar - I called and was told that they are serviced by a 3rd party for that and would investigate. I had to call back 2 more times with no resolution. I finally disputed wtih my credit card and was credited back the money. The only good thing about the hotel was the restaurant - the food was excellent and the server was very nice.

The location of the room close to the beach etc. was terrific! However, there was no coffee pot in the room, nor any coffee offered at all, until 9:00 a.m. and it was packaged creamer and not at all good coffee. The guests from other rooms were hootin and hollering in the hallways for most of the night, and it was very noisy. I wouldn't choose this hotel in the future.

Let’s start with the over powering perfume smell that they pump into the hallways. It was an instant headache and nauseating for our entire family. You could actually smell it from the street. We checked in late and were tired, but when we reached our beds they had no sheets on them. So I had to wonder down the hall and find some to bring us sheets. When we went to charge our devices after a long flight not one outlet was strong enough to hold a single plug. They were so old, they needed to be replaced. We ended up shoving a piece of furniture from the room against one outlet just to charge our items one at a time. We mentioned this 3 different times to 3 different front desk employees, but nothing was done. We also mentioned that our tv didn’t work, but they didn’t fix that eithere. They just said they had a busy day. My 9 yr old and 12 yr and myself were up multiple times in the night because the walls were so thin we could hear people moving all around. It was very loud, but not from outside noises. I wouldn’t not recommend this hotel to anyone. I never write reviews but this was beyond me that we paid for 2 days at this hole in the wall. The restraint at the front of the hotel as great! The food and the service.
