The air conditioner in our room was not working. We informed employee upfront and they stated they need to get the engeneer to fix it at 3am. Staff at check in and check out was rude. And has no customer service skill at all. I would t go back there and I wouldn’t recommended I came to rest and I couldn’t sleep because of how hot it was and they didn’t even offer to change the room.

I am submitting this as a formal complaint regarding a serious food safety issue I observed at the breakfast bar this morning. Several children were placing their fingers directly into the food trays. This behavior poses a significant health and safety risk to all guests and reflects poorly on the standards expected from your establishment. I strongly urge immediate corrective measures, including stricter monitoring and enforcement to ensure proper hygiene practices are maintained. Allowing such incidents to continue not only endangers guests’ health but could also have serious regulatory consequences.
