Absolutely incredible stay! Beautiful hotel with amazing and accommodating staff. The pool and beach areas are both gorgeous. The food is also amazing. They also offer free transport within 3 miles between 11 am and 7 pm. I would definitely stay here again!

Weekend Getaway at the Shelborne

Rich with history on South Beach is the Shelborne Hotel by Proper. While we've frequented Miami over and over, this was our first stay at the Shelborne and let's just say it's the ONLY hotel we will go to moving forward. From style, to service, to staff, this place has everything you need for the perfect getaway. The rooms are charming all new features. The service is world class from room service, to front desk, to the pool / beach staff. All around incredible. Look out for the following individuals while you're there as they will see you have a great time: Bellhop / Bags: Adrian Pool: Issa Front Desk: Jonathan Dining / Room Service: Maria Beach: Andrew This is just to name a few, but ALL of the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. We can't wait to visit Miami soon, only at the Shelborne.

Stayed at the new Shelbourne Hotel in Miami Beach and honestly everything was great. The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful, which set the tone right away. The pool was calm and peaceful—such a nice vibe. Everything felt fresh and clean. Definitely would come back.

Quiet.Lobby was nice and smelled amazing. Staff was good. Loved the gym/studio. Dislikes: No hot water in the shower. Lobby smelled amazing but wasn’t consistent throughout the building.

Everything was amazing- The accommodations, the property decor, the staff like Adrian and Chef Luis were very personable and welcoming. Our room was upgraded from partial ocean view to full as we were celebrating our 23rd wedding anniversary, so that was a nice touch. We would definitely book again.

The new Shelborne has been remodeled wonderfully! The design, art direction, attention to detail, and service go toe to to with Miami Beach’s top hotels. Highly recommend this stay!
