Our guests tell us they are delighted with location of the Carlyle, the quality of the apartment, and the service. This beautiful Art Deco building is the perfect place for your stay in South Beach, Miami. It's located on Ocean Drive just steps to the beach and all that South Beach has to offer in terms dining and entertainment. The building has 24 hour concierge service and an outdoor restaurant. A public parking garage is across the street. Please be sure to view the video attached to this listing.

Short-term rentals are approved at The Carlyle. One of only 19 units, the space itself is recently renovated with new amenities and is decorated carefully to feel comfortable, inviting and elegant. The kitchen has new appliances, the living room is spacious, and the bedroom is separated by a sliding door for privacy. Great natural light throughout.

All in all, our space is a wonderful private retreat in the heart of South Beach action.

Hello, I would like to start by sharing that both Braulio (1 month) in his position and Johnathan 4 years the senior in in position were professional, attentive and courteous not only to myself but the person that was with me and also other individuals. Enjoyed the concept of the restaurant (Birdcage) and the ice cream shop connected to the community (Free advertisement) Every detail was well thought out. Right down to a mini umbrella if it were to have rained. Clean, fresh, well maintained inside & outside. Bed made up with care, Bathroom was fresh & clean (please do 4 rolls of tissue) LOL. Loved the shower concept (money well spent) The Miami felling just flowed throughout from the moment that you walked in with the white marble flooring, the kitchen cabinetry, the glass bar (breakfast) aka eating area. Good lighting and ABSOLUTLEY no street noise!!!! One footnote for those of you that may have had a not so good experience. There are 19 units and the owners are different. Although they do their best to be consistent. Some fell short on your stay. The money spent was just that for me (no my pockets are not heavy) it is money. I definitely stay again. But would request 3D. My choice without having seen any of the others. Lasty, would have liked to met the host or atleast been able to have spoken with the host. The apartment met or exceeded all our expectations. The location in the iconic Carlyle Hotel put us in the heart of South Beach and the apartment itself was well stocked, nicely decorated, and surprisingly quiet considering its Ocean Boulevard address. The municipal parking lot directly across the street was super convenient. Fran provided detailed instructions for access to the apartment as well as a useful guide to nearby attractions. We’d definitely rent the unit again and we’ve already recommended it to friends & family.

The apartment is exactly as pictured. It is very clean, modern, and open. The secure entrance is a very nice amenity, and the concierges were friendly and very helpful. The location is ideal. The modern kitchen appliances make it a wonderful place to have a home-cooked meal. The owners left a great deal of recommendations and even sent a list of things to do before we even arrived! I want to also compliment the owners for their prompt response to any question we had about the property or the surrounding area.If you plan to go to South Beach, my wife and I highly recommend this apartment!

Always a great location to stay. In the middle of the nightlife and beautiful boardwalk to walk or ride a bike during the day. We come stay every year and each year our friends are like “where did you stay?” Ocean Drive in South Miami Beach is a must and staying at The Carlyle, home of the Birdcage is an added treat!

The property was amazing spacious, bed could be a tadbit more comfortable but it was ok, the morning construction was not pleasant but ok, the only think that was missing that would have made this property perfect was a.patio. but Check in was smooth everything was in perfect walk distance. Everything we needed!

The place was perfect for my wife and me. It was an easy check-in, good size, close to the beach and restaurants. The walk-in shower was very nice and having a washer/dryer just made things easier. Communication with the owner was simple and quick. We would stay here again.
